1. Tour Bookings & Group Reservations

All guided bicycle tours and group trips must be booked in advance. To secure your spot on one of our scenic routes, full payment is required at the time of booking. For group trips, a designated lead rider will act as the primary contact and is responsible for managing the reservation for all participants in their party.

We strive to provide an exceptional cycling experience and reserve the right to alter routes slightly due to weather or path conditions to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

2. Bike Hire & Rider Responsibility

When utilizing our bike hire services, you agree to treat all bicycles and provided equipment with care and respect. Before departing on your journey, our team will ensure the bicycle is in excellent working order.

• Riders are responsible for the bicycle during the hire period.
• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may incur repair fees.
• We highly recommend wearing the provided safety helmets at all times while cycling.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. For individual and small group tour bookings, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as we have reserved your equipment and guide.

If Two Wheels & & Olive must cancel a tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your sunny adventure for another date.
